THE LAND & LOCATION
Welcome to Nu Kemet Glamping Village — your peaceful retreat nestled on 94 pristine acres of sacred, Black-owned land in Toomsboro, Georgia. Conveniently located just 2 hours from Atlanta and only 30 minutes from both Milledgeville and Macon. There are two Dollar General stores and two gas stations in town, the closest is 9 minutes away. Nu Kemet offers the perfect escape into nature without straying too far from the city.
Our breathtaking property features wild seasonal delights such as blackberries, blueberries, maypops, muscadine grapes, prickly pear cactus, and more. A serene creek runs along the bottom of the land, enhancing the natural beauty and offering a soothing backdrop for your stay.
Enjoy 14 acres of cleared space ideal for glamping, gatherings, and outdoor events, along with over 3 miles of scenic trails for hiking, horseback riding, nature walks, or ATV rides. Come immerse yourself in nature, culture, and community at Nu Kemet—where the land heals, connects, and inspires.
OUR GLAMPING TENT COTTAGES
Welcome to our beautifully designed Glamping Tent Cottages. Perched on private decks and offering approximately 300 square feet of thoughtfully curated space, our tents are the perfect way to experience the outdoors without sacrificing the luxuries you deserve.
Each air-conditioned cottage includes:
