Some experiences stay with you for life.
Set in the country on 94 acres of Black-owned land, away from distractions, BAF/Nu Kemet Summer Camp is designed to challenge, inspire, and connect your child with nature, new friends and new adventures that will create lasting memories.

ACTIVITIES
The mission of BAF's Nu Kemet Retreat & Residential Community is to establish a self-sustaining Black community that embodies our Guiding Principles and Pan-African culture.
We aim to create a private sanctuary where our members can live and where our community can come together to celebrate our culture and achievements, all on land we own.
Situated in Toomsboro, GA—just 2 hours from Atlanta and 30 minutes from Macon—our Nu Kemet Community spans 112 acres of virgin land.
We invite you to be a part of this exciting new development and appreciate your support.
LIVE IN THE FUTURE!

NU KEMET CLUB HOUSE
Nu Kemet Club House is the centerpiece of the Nu Kemet Retreat—an immersive destination where culture, wellness, and innovation converge. Designed with a bold, futuristic aesthetic, reminiscent of the great Pyramids at Giza, the Club House will feature a farm-to-table restaurant, a multipurpose bar, lounge, and gallery space, a professional spa, conference and fitness facilities, and a country store. Anchored by a resort-style pool, Nu Kemet Club House is envisioned as a vibrant gathering place for relaxation, creativity, and connection—offering guests and residents a refined yet grounded experience rooted in intention, sustainability, and elevated living.

"Why reminisce about all the Black Wall Streets and all-Black towns we used to have, when we can rebuild them???
- Arkee Hodges, BAF President
