Pharaoh’s Row is taking another important step toward completion!

We are excited to announce that the HVAC system has been installed in the second home in Pharaoh’s Row, the first subdivision within our Nu Kemet Retreat & Residential Community.

While an HVAC system may seem like a small detail compared to a foundation or roof, it represents something significant: this home is moving from a structure to a livable residence. With the major systems going into place, we are getting closer to the day when this home will be complete and ready for its next chapter.

Every installation, every wall, and every finishing detail represents tangible progress toward our larger vision of Black land ownership, homeownership, collective economics, and community development.

Two homes are rising in Pharaoh’s Row—and with them, so is the vision for Nu Kemet.
