A major milestone has been reached at Nu Kemet Retreat & Residential Community — the foundation for our very first home has been poured! This step marks the transition from vision to reality, as concrete is set in place to support the future of our growing community. Each foundation poured represents more than just a house — it represents opportunity, legacy, and a new chapter for those who will one day call Nu Kemet home. We’re excited to share this progress with our members and supporters as we continue to build a model community in Toomsboro, Georgia that honors African and African-American culture and heritage.
