Rough-in plumbing is one of the most important steps in building a new home on a concrete slab, because it literally sets the foundation for water and waste systems. Before the slab is poured, plumbers carefully map and install all underground pipes for water supply and drainage, making sure they line up exactly where sinks, toilets, showers, and appliances will go. The pipes are then pressure-tested for leaks and inspected to meet building codes before being covered with gravel and concrete. Once the slab is poured, those pipes are sealed in place, meaning accuracy at this stage is critical. The rough-in process ensures that when walls go up and finishes are added, the home’s plumbing system is already perfectly integrated, efficient, and built to last. Next step - Pouring the concrete foundation!

I love how you are educating us in the process. I'm so impressed with the COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE and enjoy getting the updates!
