Another major step forward has been completed at Pharaoh’s Row in Nu Kemet — the rough-in electrical installation for the first home.
What Rough-In Electrical Means
Before drywall goes up, every wire, outlet, switch, and panel connection must be carefully planned and installed. This phase lays the foundation for how the home will function day to day—how it’s powered, how it flows, and how efficiently it operates.
At this stage, we install:
Main electrical panel and service connections
Wiring for outlets, switches, and lighting throughout the home
Dedicated circuits for major appliances
Exterior power points for outdoor use
Pre-wiring for future expansion and flexibility
Every decision at this point matters. Once the walls are closed, changes become costly—so we approach this phase with precision and intention.
