Attached are the guidelines for starting a residential subdivsion in Wilkinson County, where our land is located. BEFORE YOU BUY ANY LAND obtain a copy of the County's subdivision ordinance so that you know what is permissible BEFORE you buy your land. For example, in our county, the minimum lot size you can subdivide is 1 acre. You cannot have a residential plot on a half acre. This information is different county to county.
