WOMEN DOING CONSTRUCTION! INSTALLING TRIM IN FIRST HOME TO BE COMPLETED ON PHARAOH'S ROW, NU KEMET RETREAT
Pharaoh’s Row is getting closer to completion!
We’re excited to share that trim is now being installed in the first house to be completed in Pharaoh’s Row, the first subdivision within Nu Kemet Retreat & Residential Community.
And there’s something especially significant about this stage of construction: women are the skilled construction workers putting the finishing touches on the home.
The installation of trim is part of the final stages of construction, helping give the home its finished, polished appearance. After months of foundations, framing, roofing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and interior work, seeing the trim go into place is another clear sign that we are nearing the finish line.
This is what building community looks like—women and men contributing their skills to turn land into homes and a vision into reality.
The first home in Pharaoh’s Row is almost finished. Nu Kemet is rising—one home at a time!
